Standing Room Coffee is expanding a branch shop to Monash University Caulfield campus. Beginning in 2013, the Café was in pursuit of introducing quality coffees to the bustling academic environment, and now there are three branches in Melbourne city, two of which are on university campuses. The location of the future café is on the Level 2 hallway of Caulfield campus Building B. It is a rectangular space against a wall of glass door entrance. The client highly values the meticulous design and excellent quality. The cafe is expected to emulate the design of the existing branches, and the project has been allocated a sufficient budget. The sitting room should consist of two main adjacent sections: a small, self-contained workspace for preparing drinks and food that can accommodate two staff members, and a seating area for a minimum of 15 customers.
